A 12 week package to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass. Carried out in conjuction with our Fit3D body scanner. Regular workouts, motivation & measurements to ensure results.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR LEAN BOOTCAMP?

GOAL SETTING: you will kick off your bootcamp with an in depth consultation & lifestyle discussion with your bootcamp leader, including photos & goal setting.

UNLIMITED CLASSES: including our 7 signature classes from ‘GLOW’ yoga & meditation, to ‘SKULPT’ our strength & cardio workout. View our class timetable.

BODY COMPOSITION SCANS: at the start and end of your bootcamp. Our “LEAN” package includes a 3rd body scan at the 6 week mark.

WEEKLY MEETINGS: a 1-2-1 meeting with your bootcamp leader to give you advice, motivation and support.

OPTIONAL WORKSHOPS: there will be different talks, meet ups and workshops in this time about topics relevant to your bootcamp including weight training techniques, realistic nutritional advice & self-confidence boosting.

OPTIONAL WEEKLY WALK: we will have a weekly walk that you are welcome to join us on to enjoy the great outdoors, great for motivation and reflection as well as socialising with others (free hot drinks after).

WHATSAPP GROUP: you can be added to the bootcamp whatsapp group so you can ask questions at any time and have the support from other participants.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: there will be personal training sessions with your bootcamp leader in our boutique gym to give you workouts you can follow.

GYM USE: you can access the gym as many times as you like during the bootcamp and we encourage you to follow your customised workouts.
